Sometimes printers need a bit of TLC in order for them to keep working at their best. Inkjets need a good clean inside and out and laser printers can also benefit from a thorough clean and also replacement of rollers and pads which will wear after a certain amount of usage. If your printer is leaving streaky marks down the page, isn't picking up the paper cleanly or is leaving your finished prints looking grubby let our engineers give your printer a bit of tender loving care! What we do
Carry out a service of your printer and recommend any replacement parts which will keep your printer running sweetly and your prints crisp and clear. How we do it
* Please note that this service does not include the installation of drivers or software on the PC or laptop. Please see our installation service for these option. Bring your printer in or we'll visit you (within a 5 mile radius). Please note that not all repairs can be carried out onsite and our engineers can only carry a limited number of items with them. It may be necessary for the engineer to complete the repair in our workshop before returning the printer to you.To book online, simply choose the relevant option above and click book & buy. Alternatively, give us a call and we'll arrange your visit as soon as we can. Click here to find out where we are and when we're open. What's the assessment for? If, after a thorough investigation, we find that your printer is beyond repair or you do not wish to continue with the repair then this covers our costs for the time taken to investigate the fault. The assessment fee is deducted from the final repair bill, it is not an addition. For example, if you bring your printer to us and it is repaired, you do not pay the £27.50 assessment fee plus the £52.50 fix, just the £52.50 |
