Bring your printer in or we'll visit you (within a 5 mile radius). Please note that not all repairs can be carried out onsite and our engineers can only carry a limited number of items with them. It may be necessary for the engineer to complete the repair in our workshop before returning the printer to you.To book online, simply choose the relevant option above and click book & buy. What's the assessment for?

If, after a thorough investigation, we find that your printer is beyond repair or you do not wish to continue with the repair then this covers our costs for the time taken to investigate the fault. The assessment fee is deducted from the final repair bill, it is not an addition. For example, if you bring your printer to us and it is repaired, you do not pay the £27.50 assessment fee plus the £52.50 fix, just the £52.50
