We have our own secure workshop and can also carry out site visits if you cannot get to us or for issues involving networking, ADSL or other site related problems.

FIXED PRICE repairs - we will give you a price for repairing a fault an that is what you will pay when you collect your equipment. No hidden charges or extra expensive surprises. All our labour costs can be found here on our website and we will provide a quote for any parts required before proceeding.

FAST turnaround - Once we have your equipment in our workshop we aim to have resolved the fault and have the equipment ready for you to collect within 48 hours.

ALL work guaranteed & documented - All our work is documented so you can see what faults were found, what we did to resolve them and any recommendations we would make to prevent problems re-occuring. All work is covered by a 3 month guarantee for peace of mind.

NO premium rate support lines - Our telephone support lines are normal rate BT call charges. No holding in queues, no automated phone systems and no payment for telephone support.

MICROSOFT Qualified Engineers - Our engineers are qualified by Microsoft and other leading IT manufacturers. We are a Microsoft Certified Partner and also Partners and Associates with many other manufacturers including McAfee, OKI, Brother, Lexmark, Symantec/Veritas and many others.

NEW hardware, software & accessories - We can supply a wide range of PC's, laptops, upgrades, software and accessories. As well as supplying your new equipment we can also install and configure it for you, either in our workshops or at your home. See full details here.
