Who we are

@home IT are a division of Access Computing Solutions Ltd, who have been providing IT support and solutions to businesses in the Thames Valley since 1994.

With the massive growth in the home computer market and more people working from home we started to notice an increase in the number of enquiries we were getting from home users.

Some of these were requesting new PC's, wireless networks or ADSL connections while others were looking for help with existing problems, either due to frustrations, lack of support from manufacturers or help with equipment which was out of warranty.

We noticed that many of the other IT companies offering services to domestic customers would not offer a guarantee of service times, did not have qualified engineers and had a noticable difference in the service that they offered to their business and domestic customers.

We decided that this was not good enough so set up @home IT to focus on our local domestic customers. Now all our customers are treated equally. We recognise that treasured family photographs are as important to a home user as accounts data is to a company. We appreciate that more and more people are relying on their PC's for communication, entertainment and education purposes at home and that a timely, cost efficient fix is essential.
