When you buy a new PC or laptop you don’t want to lose all your old data or have to spend ages setting up your email, internet access and other preferences. Our engineers can quickly and simply transfer your data and settings across to your new machine.
We’ll make sure updates for the Operating System are completed, that anti-virus is installed correctly and updating, that any additional software you require is installed and working and also any peripherals. We will need a list of these items prior to carrying out the work and software and peripherals must be compatible with the new machines operating system; we can help you determine this if required, just ask.
You can either bring your new and old kit in to us or we can visit you in your home, where we can also check that your system is connected to your network and broadband.
